It depends on if the UDP packets you send are also going through the proxy. These tend to be a direct connection as they are traditionally used for media (like audio or video) where transmission speed is really important.

The trick is to look for UDP packets only, as these tend to be a direct connection between both machines.

Hello, I used Carnivore with charoulete. I can see the ip address (sender and receiver), but my opposite is located always in Germany (their servers are there). So how can I see the ip of the people in cam, but only the ip of the server?

If I log onto chatroulette through a proxy website, will that hide where I am? I’m not a pervert on there, nor do I troll people. I just don’t like the idea of people finding out where I live and it being posted online for others to see.
